With training camps in full swing and preseason games in the rear view mirror, it’s quickly becoming crunch time for anyone putting the finishing touches on their 2024 fantasy football draft prep. Several prominent players changed teams during the offseason, with perennial Pro Bowl candidates like Kirk Cousins, Stefon Diggs, Saquon Barkley, and Derrick Henry all wearing new uniforms in 2024. All four players have had elite seasons in the past, and how well each player adjusts to their new surroundings will have a significant impact on the 2024 fantasy football rankings. Should Cousins, Diggs, Barkley, or Henry be targets on your 2024 fantasy football draft board? Or should the four veterans be listed as potential 2024 fantasy football busts?

Top 2024 Fantasy football picks
The Fantasy football draft bible features 2024 Fantasy football breakouts, including:
Dalton Kincaid, TE, Buffalo Bills: Kincaid was solid as a rookie in 2023, notching 73 receptions for 673 yards and two touchdowns. With Stefon Diggs out of the mix in Buffalo, Kincaid could be in line for a significant increase in targets in 2024. At 6-foot-4 and 240 pounds, the 24-year-old is a matchup nightmare for opposing defenses, and he plays with a quarterback in Josh Allen who can push the ball downfield as well as anyone in the NFL.
“Kincaid is likely going to fall on a lot of breakout lists as he seems primed to assume the lead role in the Bills passing game this year, which gives him the potential to deliver a season similar to that of Mark Andrews or maybe even Travis Kelce. The reason we have him ranked so low is that we need him to finish as a top-two tight end to be a successful breakout pick, as most of his upside is baked into his draft price already. But when you look at where Kelce and Andrews are drafted in comparison, there is still some profit potential at his Round 5 price,” White told SportsLine.
Zamir White, RB, Las Vegas Raiders: Josh Jacobs is now a member of the Green Bay Packers, opening the door for White to take over as RB1 for the Raiders. White started the final four games of the 2023 season for Las Vegas, and was highly productive. During that stretch, the former Georgia standout rushed for 397 yards and a touchdown on 84 carries (4.73 yards per carry), and caught nine passes for 60 yards.
“We know what the potential is for the lead Raiders back as we’ve seen it recently in Josh Jacobs, who finished as the second-best RB in Fantasy in 2022. White looked like he had similar potential in the last four games of 2023 after taking over lead back duties, with his performance equating to these numbers when extrapolated over 17 games: 357 carries, 1,687 rushing yards, 38 receptions, 255 receiving yards, and four TDs. The touchdown number will obviously have to rise as it’s hard to see his volume reaching those levels over a full season, but there is certainly top-12 potential in this profile,” White told SportsLine.
