Royal Orchid Hotels Limited (ROHL) has accelerated its hospitality expansion with strategic property launches in Gujarat and Goa. On December 16, the company unveiled Regenta Dwarka, its 13th hotel in Gujarat, strategically positioned near the famous Dwarkadhish Temple, targeting spiritual and leisure travellers.
The shares of Royal Orchid Hotels Limited (ROHL) were trading at ₹367 up by ₹6.25 or 1.73 per cent on the NSE today at 2.13 pm.
The 52-room property offers modern amenities and is located just five minutes from the temple, capitalising on Dwarka’s significance as a key pilgrimage destination attracting nearly a million devotees annually. Chairman Chander K Baljee emphasised the hotel’s alignment with the company’s growth strategy in religious tourism.

Simultaneously, on December 14, ROHL announced its Goa expansion with two new properties: Regenta Baywatch Resort and Regenta Beach House. These additions, totalling 155 rooms, are positioned to serve the wedding and corporate retreat markets. Arjun Baljee, President of Royal Orchid Hotels, highlighted the properties’ strategic location and diverse offerings.
With these developments, ROHL continues to strengthen its presence across India, now operating over 110 hotels under various Regenta brand categories. The company remains focused on targeting discerning business and leisure travelers across different market segments.
